Take your time as this may take some practice to get it right. From the paths pallete, LOAD PATH AS A SELLECTION. Click SELECT>>FEATHER, and choose a # (for this example I used 20). From the paths pallete, select TURN OFF PATH. Copy the selected image by pressing CTRL+C. Now paste the image into the background image pressing CTRL+V. Under the layers pallete, Drag the opacity bar to make the image blend into the background.
